What This Brush Does

A boar brush works soap into a dense, protective lather while gently exfoliating the skin and lifting the hair for a closer, more comfortable shave. The 10077 has the backbone to drive lather deep into the knot, then releases it evenly across your face.

New boar brushes feel a little stiff at first. After a week or two of shaves the split tips open up, the brush holds more water, and the lather becomes noticeably softer and creamier.

How To Use It

1. Wet the knot under warm water and shake out the excess.
2. Load by swirling on a hard soap for 15 to 30 seconds, or lift product from a cream.
3. Build the lather in a bowl or on your face, adding a few drops of water until it turns thick and glossy.
4. Paint the lather onto your beard.

Care and Storage

Rinse thoroughly after each shave, shake or gently squeeze out the water, and stand the brush bristles-down or hang it to dry. Let it dry fully between shaves and keep it away from direct heat. A little shedding is normal with a new boar brush and settles quickly.
