We work to process and ship every order quickly and carefully from Montreal, Quebec. Please review the information below for shipping availability, processing times and estimated delivery times.
Shipping at a Glance
- Free shipping across Canada on orders of C$69 or more, after discounts and before taxes.
- Other orders: shipping is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates through Stallion Express, based on your address and parcel. Choose the service that suits you.
- We ship throughout Canada and to most international destinations.
- We do not ship to the United States.
- All orders are shipped from Montreal, Quebec.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are shipped the same day or the next business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends or on holidays are processed beginning on the next business day.
International orders are normally shipped within 2–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
International Orders
International customers are welcome. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout from live carrier rates.
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not ship to the United States.
Remote & Rural Areas
Shipping rates at checkout are calculated for your full address, including remote and rural areas, so the shipping cost shown at checkout already reflects your location.
