Shipping at a Glance
- Free shipping across Canada on orders of $49 or more.
- We ship throughout Canada and to most international destinations.
- We do not ship to the United States.
- All orders are shipped from Montreal, Quebec.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are shipped the same day or the next business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends or on holidays are processed beginning on the next business day.
International orders are normally shipped within 2–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
International Orders
International customers are welcome. Shipping times and costs vary by destination.
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not ship to the United States.
Remote & Rural Areas
Orders shipped to remote or rural areas may require additional shipping charges that are not included in the standard shipping rate shown during checkout.
When an additional remote-area fee applies, we will contact you before processing the order. No additional charge will be applied without notifying you first.
