What This Stick Does

A natural deodorant works by binding odor rather than blocking sweat: zinc ricinoleate captures odor compounds while tapioca keeps the skin surface dry, with no aluminum anywhere in the chain.

GROOM states the stick gives all-day protection with a dry finish, and publishes the formula as free of aluminum salts, baking soda, petroleum derivatives and parabens.
