Before you pick it up, the bowl looks very valuable. That’s when you notice that it’s light as a feather, made of plastic.
Still, and although it seemed pretty big at first glance, I’m very happy with it after a few weeks. It doesn’t look cheap at all!
With 1-2 cm shaving cream from the tube directly into the jar, (calm Nivea: pleasant scent, also inexpensive, and works great), then with a damp brush (dip into warm water and shake it out gently once, then it’s just right) and lather in a circular lather for less than a minute: The resulting foam becomes nice and tight enough for the entire face! The shave will be nice and thorough.
In the meantime, I no longer find the pot too big, but just right, and I also like to use the brush tray.
If you are in the mood for luxury, you can spend a lot of money shaving. If you are more interested in the smooth result, you can really enjoy every shave with this jar, the cream mentioned above and even a cheap brush without natural hair or a silver handle.
