M. Helen –
not for me
Chris –
These are nice forgiving blade that will give a smooth clean shave.
I had little expectations when I started using these in my razor but quickly found them to provide a nice shave with little effort.
I found them slightly sharper to the Derby (greens) blades so I quickly learned to reduce the pressure when shaving a certain area across my neck (My personal “nick zone”).
I like these blades and prefer them over the Derby and some of the Astra blades I have (the Astra are bonkers sharp so go careful using them)
I use them in an Edwin Jagger DE89 – A Jagen David B40 – and the Shave Factory Razor (they only sell the one model) – all very satisfactory.
Will I buy again – YES

I had an issue with the initial order. Some parts came missing. I returned them, the company responded and sent the replacement promptly. Excellent problem resolution and customer service!
The product itself is a great product.

Use this blade daily. Great blade. Good for 5 good shaves, and one not so good one. I have used more brand of blades than I can count, and these are great. Awesome price. Not a pretentious promise all blade, but a good honest one. I ordered a 100 and glad I did.
Moi je t’aime –
I get more shaves with these blades than other brands I’ve tried.

Blade has durable PTFE coating, nice medium level sharpness. Works great in Rockwell 6s

I bought this pack back in 2020 and as of 2023 I’m still going through them. I have bought sampler packs before where I had to agonizingly go through some absolutely terrible brands just so that I get my money’s worth, but these were different. First, I used to buy dorco razor cartridges all the time and felt they did the job. Once I switched over to DE shaving, I saw these and figured I’d give dorco another go after not being too impressed by various other brands I tried. The blades are nice and sharp, but not terribly so like feather blades. My skin gets irritated really easily so it was important to have a sharp blade that wasn’t too aggressive. I think these are right in the middle where they are fairly easy-going but will still cut through with little resistance. They might be a little mild for those who are used to quick shaves with few passes though. I have to do 3 full passes going with the grain, across, and against the grain in order to get a close shave. This may vary depending on the person, but I don’t think these blades can give a close shave in one pass. Doing more passes isn’t a big deal for me though as I tend to shave maybe once or twice a week so I put aside time for it.
